Using PharmKora
You may use PharmKora only for lawful pharmacy, healthcare commerce and related business activities. You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential.
Pharmacy accounts
A pharmacy administrator is responsible for its workspace, authorised users, catalogue, prices, stock records, branch locations, licences, customer communications and compliance with applicable laws. PharmKora is software and does not provide medical advice or dispense medicines.
Nearby discovery
Map distance and availability indicators are informational and depend on the location supplied by the customer and the branch information supplied by each pharmacy. Customers should confirm urgent needs, opening status and medicine availability directly with the selected pharmacy.
Customer purchases
Orders are placed with the selected pharmacy. The pharmacy is responsible for confirming availability, prescription requirements, pricing, fulfilment, refunds and professional dispensing decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, interfere with other workspaces, submit fraudulent orders, or use PharmKora to violate privacy, medicine or payment laws.
Plans and payments
New eligible pharmacy accounts receive a 14-day trial unless a different written offer applies. Subscription features, pricing, taxes, renewals and cancellation terms are presented at purchase or in the pharmacy agreement. A pharmacy remains responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.
Changes and availability
We may improve, change or discontinue features, and we may suspend access to protect the service, users or the law. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
