How to submit a request
Email privacy@pharmkora.com from the email address connected to your PharmKora account. Use the subject ‘Delete my PharmKora account’ and include your full name and account phone number so we can identify the correct account.
If you placed an order without creating an account, you may use the same process to request deletion of the contact information associated with your guest order. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
What we delete
After verification, we delete your customer account, authentication credentials, customer profile, saved preferences, notification tokens and personal information that we are not required to retain. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days.
Information we may retain
Order, transaction, prescription-review, fraud-prevention or support records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, safety, dispute or regulatory purposes. These records are restricted to those purposes and are normally retained for no longer than seven years, or for a different period required by applicable law.
Confirmation
We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any information that must be retained and why. Questions can be sent to privacy@pharmkora.com.
