Information we collect
Depending on how you use PharmKora, we may collect account details, pharmacy business information, staff permissions, customer contact details, order and payment records, inventory information, prescription workflow records, support messages, and technical usage information.
Nearby pharmacy discovery
If you choose to use your location, your browser sends coordinates to calculate and sort nearby pharmacy branches. The discovery page does not save your precise coordinates to your customer profile. You can deny location access and search by pharmacy, neighbourhood or city instead.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, process orders, maintain pharmacy records, show nearby storefronts, support users, improve reliability, send service communications, meet legal obligations, and generate workspace analytics for the authorised pharmacy.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, maps, email delivery and other platform operations. Mapbox provides the customer map and may receive technical map requests under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
Pharmacy responsibility
Pharmacies control the customer and patient information they enter into their workspace. They are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, notice and permissions for collecting and using that information.
Your choices
You may turn off browser location access or request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, safety or accounting reasons. Contact privacy@pharmkora.com or the pharmacy that manages your account.

We may update this notice when the product, law or our processing practices change. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
